Potato "hedgehogs"

Peel the potatoes. For potatoes, cut one side off for stability. Place and make frequent incisions without reaching the end. Salt the potatoes.

Mix grated cheese, egg and mayonnaise, add pepper to taste.

Fill the potatoes with it between the cuts and place them in a baking dish.

Bake in the oven over medium heat until the potatoes are tender. When serving, place on lettuce leaves.
