Cooking time 40 minutes


Wheat flour of the highest grade (for dough) 2-3 stacks.

Boiled water (for dough) 3/4 stack.

Egg (for dough) 1 pc

Vegetable oil (for dough) 1 tsp.

Salt (for dough) 1 tsp

Potatoes 300 g

Frozen mushrooms (champignons or porcini) 100 g

Bulb onion 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Boil potatoes until tender.

Knead the dough by adding the egg, water and salt to the flour.

Knead well.

Dice the onion and fry with mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.

Mash the pre-boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes and mix with mushrooms and onions.

Portion the dough and roll it into small circles.

Blind the dumplings and boil them in boiling salted water.

Serve with sour cream. When serving, garnish with a sprig of parsley.
