Pork steak in a frying pan with apple sauce

Pork steak in a skillet in apple sauce, this exquisite dish can be prepared for any occasion.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Apple 1 pc

Pork steak on the bone 1 pc

Lemon 1/2 pc

Brown sugar 1 tsp

Dry white wine 1/2 cup

Cinnamon stick 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Beat the steak a little.

Cut the apples into slices.

Put on top of the steak and sprinkle with lemon, leave for a couple of hours.

Fry the steak on both sides.

Separately, lightly fry the apples in butter with brown sugar.

Pour white wine, lemon juice into apples, salt, put 2 cinnamon sticks, and simmer pork steak in this with the lid closed. To check if ready, slice the steak along the bone.
