Chicken drumsticks "BBQ", this is an appetizing chicken dish in sweet and sour sauce

Chicken drumsticks 6 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Small onion 2 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Ginger root about 5 cm long 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Soy sauce 2 tbsp l.

Dry white wine 2 tbsp. l.

Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp l.

Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp l.

Brown sugar 2 tbsp l.

Orange juice 125 ml

Starch 1 tbsp. l.

Water 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Chop onion, garlic and ginger finely. Heat the oil well in a skillet. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger, literally 2 minutes, until the onion becomes soft and transparent. Set aside. Separately, in a small saucepan, mix the soy sauce, wine, juice, vinegar, ketchup, sugar. Mix well. Add onion and imber, mix well. Bring the sauce to a boil. Mix starch with water. Constantly stirring the sauce, pour the starch in a thin stream. While stirring, cook until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. If desired, the sauce can be drained for beauty. The sauce is ready. Let the sauce cool.

In the prepared sauce, marinate the drumsticks for 12 hours.

Then place in a heat-resistant tin covered with foil.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Finely chop the parsley into a bowl and roll the drumsticks in greens before serving.
