Flounder with feta cheese, once you cook this wonderful fish, you are guaranteed an extravaganza of taste.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Flounder 1 piece
Tomatoes 1/2 pc
Feta cheese 20 g
Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the flounder well and clean the top.
Cut into 2 halves, remove bones.
Season with salt and pepper. Place the tomato and cheese cut into thin plastic on one fillet half. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Cover with the second half of the fillet.
Grease with oil and bake in foil at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Then remove the foil on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
The dish is ready. Put on a plate and garnish with vegetables and herbs.
