Rice porridge with banana and prunes, amazing breakfast for two.

Banana 1 pc

Butter 30 g

Prunes 6 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 1, 5 stacks

Rice 1/2 stack.

Sugar to taste

Salt to taste


Finely chop the banana.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Fry a banana in butter.

Finely chop the prunes.

Add prunes and sugar to a saucepan.

Pour in milk and let it boil. Add rice and cook until tender over low heat, stirring occasionally.

The porridge is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
