Stuffed zucchini in the oven

These stuffed zucchini in the oven with porcini mushrooms are a delicious and very healthy dietary dish. Ideal for those who are losing weight or fasting.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Zucchini 1 pc

Porcini mushrooms 2-3 pcs

White cabbage 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Peel the zucchini. Cut into rings to remove the pulp.

Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.

Add finely chopped mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.

Add chopped cabbage and fry, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and cool.

Put the rings in the pan, stuff them with the filling.

Pour ½ cup of some salted water into a frying pan and simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes, until the zucchini is soft.

Put on a dish and garnish with herbs and vegetables.
