Pasta with cheese

Sometimes you can pamper your loved ones with handmade pasta. Moreover, every housewife can cook such a yummy.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g

Water 120 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Dried basil ¼ tsp

Butter 50 g

Salt to taste

Cheese (for filling) 200 g

Parsley (greens) (for filling) 1 bunch

A clove of garlic (for filling) 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil (for filling) 1 tbsp. l.


Sift flour into a bowl, add salt.

Add oil and water and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

For the filling, grate the cheese, chop the herbs and garlic.

Season with oil and stir.

Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut dough circles with a glass.

Place 1 teaspoon of the filling on each circle.

Cover with a second circle and pinch the edges.

Boil water, add salt and boil 5-7 pieces for 7-10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a separate frying pan, fry the chopped tomatoes in slices.

Add salt and basil. Before serving, place the pasta on a dish, add the tomato slices and pour over the melted basil butter. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
