Grilled vegetables with smoked meats

Grilled baked vegetables combined with juicy loin soaked in the aroma of the barbecue will not leave anyone indifferent. This quick recipe is indispensable for any picnic.

Eggplant 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Smoked loin 200 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Picnic tableware


Cut the vegetables into slices.

Cut the loin into plastics.

Put the vegetables in a bowl, salt and pepper, add vegetable oil and grease them well.

Place vegetables on a wire rack.

Place loin slices in one layer on top.

Heat up the coals. And fry until tender, turning over.

Put on plates and serve.
