Boneless chicken legs, rinse and dry, rub with salt.
Rinse and dry the ramsons.
Finely chop the wild garlic, grate the cheese.
Stir and stuff the chicken pieces.
Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Place in a baking dish.
Grease with mayonnaise and put in preheated to 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
Take out and cool slightly.
Cut into pieces and serve with vegetables.
