Morels with sour cream

Put the mushrooms in a bowl and rinse well under running water.

Transfer to a saucepan and cover with cold water, cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain the broth and rinse the mushrooms with running water.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add morels and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sour cream and stir. Season with salt and pepper.

Place on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve to the table.
