Rice with green beans and vegetables, an appetizing and easy to prepare daily dish.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Green beans (frozen) 100 g
Rice 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs
Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the onion, defrost the beans, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.
Add beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add washed rice and 1/2 cup water. Stir and cook covered for 3-5 minutes. Add water if necessary.
At the end, add finely chopped herbs and tomatoes. Stir, salt.
Arrange on plates and serve.
