Stewed cabbage with beans, a quick and tasty recipe that can be prepared as a side dish or as a stand-alone dish.
Cooking time 30 minutes
White cabbage 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Canned white beans in tomatoes 100 g
Dill (greens) 2 branches
Salt to taste
Chop the cabbage, peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add onion and cabbage, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and simmer, covered over low heat, until tender. Finally add the beans and season with salt.
Mix well and warm up. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve to the table.
