Vegetables in pita bread

Did you want to pamper yourself and your loved ones with something tasty during the post? Then vegetables in pita bread are what you need.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Vegetable mixture (frozen) 300 g

Lavash 1 piece

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 5 pcs

Salt to taste


Defrost vegetables.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add vegetables and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.

Cut the lavash into squares.

Place a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the square of pita bread.

Wrap with an envelope and one side open. Tie a green onion feather.

Serve to the table.
