Green beans with nut dressing

Green beans with nut dressing, an original and very tasty dish that will pleasantly surprise you.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Green beans (frozen) 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Walnuts 50 g

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs

Dill (greens) 2 branches

Salt to taste


Defrost the beans.

Throw in boiling salted water. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Place in a sieve and drain.

Fry finely chopped onions in olive oil.

Add beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Chop nuts, garlic and herbs.

Stir in the beans. Salt to taste.

Put on plates, garnish with halved walnut kernels and serve.
