Baked cod with tomato dressing

Baked cod with tomato dressing, it's easy to just make a funky dinner.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cod fillet 200 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash and dry the cod fillet.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Place on a baking sheet with foil. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

For dressing, finely chop the tomatoes, pass the garlic through a press, chop the herbs finely. Mix everything in a bowl, salt and pepper. Season with olive oil.

Baked cod with tomato dressing is ready. Put the fish on a dish with lettuce and top with the tomato dressing with herbs. Serve to the table.
