The traditional recipe for the well-known vinaigrette. Vegetable salad that can be prepared both for a festive table and for every day.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Large beets 1 pc
Carrots 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Pickled cucumber 2-3 pieces
Sauerkraut 100 g
Canned green peas 100 g
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt to taste
Boil beets, carrots and potatoes in advance, cool and peel. Mix the diced beets, potatoes and carrots in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine green peas, cabbage and diced cucumbers.
Mix two bowls together in one large one. Add finely chopped onion. Let it brew.
Season with vegetable oil and serve.
