Rinse and dry the meat. Peel the onion. Cut the loin into slices.
Grate the meat with salt and pepper. Lay the loin slices on top. Tie with culinary thread. Coarsely chop the onion.
Gently transfer the meat to the TM "Paclan" roasting bag. Place the onion pieces and bay leaves on the sides.
Close the package. And place the bag on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.
Cut the bag carefully. Take out the meat, pour over the juice and let cool slightly.
Cut into slices. Place on a platter with lettuce and vegetables. Serve to the table.
