New year julienne

Another recipe for your New Year's piggy bank. Unusual New Year's julienne with pine nuts will be a pleasant surprise for your guests.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Fresh champignons 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Butter 40 g

Pine nuts 50 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.

Milk 3.2% fat. 200 g

Eggs 1 pc

Cheese 120 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Grate cheese, divide into three parts.

Melt the butter, add flour and fry, kneading the lumps.

Pour in milk gradually, remove from heat and cool.

Add the egg, 2/3 of the cheese and pine nuts to the milk mixture, mix.

Cut the champignons into slices, chop the onion.

Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

Put mushrooms and onions in cocotte makers or pots.

Pour over the sauce, sprinkle with nuts and a little cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C. New Year's julienne is ready. Serve hot.
