Spaghetti with meat gravy

Minced beef 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Spaghetti 200 g

Butter 20 g

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Salt to taste


Finely chop the onion and fry together in minced meat in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add diced carrots and peppers. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato paste, two bay leaves, garlic, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until tender, 10-12 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water, put in a colander and season with butter.

Place the spaghetti and sauce on portioned plates and serve.
