Stuffed peppers

Stuffed peppers are a great opportunity to prepare a delicious dinner for the whole family.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced beef 300 g

Onion 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Bell pepper (small) 7-9 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Tomato paste 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions and dill. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Wash the peppers and remove the centers.

Stuff the peppers.

Fry finely chopped onion and chopped carrots in vegetable oil.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste.

Season with salt and stir.

Put the peppers and simmer covered for 25 minutes over low heat.

Finally, sprinkle with the remaining dill and finely chopped garlic.

Serve to the table.
