Aromatic pork baked in the oven with tomatoes in its own juice will become a welcome dish on your table.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Lean pork (tenderloin) 300 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Celery (greens) 2-3 branches.
Vegetables for decoration
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the meat well.
Cut into small slices not completely. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and insert together with the celery sprigs into each cut of the meat.
Place the meat in a roasting bag and secure with a clip. Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Place on a platter with lettuce and garnish with vegetables.
