Delicate, fragrant oyster mushrooms with cheese are wonderful as they are good. And you can cook them without much effort and large financial costs.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Oyster mushrooms (fresh) 200 g
Cheese 50 g
Sour cream 20% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Dill 2-3 branches.
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash and dry the mushrooms.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add chopped mushrooms to the slices. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the mushrooms in a small form. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Lubricate with sour cream.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven on the upper level for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Place on a platter and garnish with vegetables and lettuce.
