Young potatoes with dill and garlic, seasoned with spices, what could be tastier. A simple and appetizing dish that no one can resist.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Young potatoes 4 pcs
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill 3 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp l.
Ground red pepper 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Wash the potatoes well.
Cut each potato into wedges, salt and season with red pepper.
Melt the butter and add chopped garlic.
Put the potato wedges in one layer, in a mold or on a baking sheet. Drizzle over the garlic butter.
Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees C.
Place hot wedges on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve immediately.
