Fillet on the bone with cucumber salad

Fragrant, juicy pork on the bone with a garnish of fresh vegetables will make any table festive.

Fillet on the bone (pork) 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Arugula 1 bunch

Vegetable oil

Sweet ground paprika 1/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Grate the pork well with salt and paprika.

Let stand for 20 minutes and fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Until golden brown on both sides.

Then reduce heat and fry, turning over until tender.

Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, wash and dry the arugula, finely chop the onion.

Put everything in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Fill with oil. Serve the meat with salad.
