Pink salmon with mushrooms, a great option for a delicious lunch or dinner.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Pink salmon fillet 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Fresh champignons 3-5 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse the pink salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper.
Place in a skillet with removable handle. Fry in hot vegetable oil for 10-15 seconds on each side. Remove the pan from the stove.
Grate the carrots and chop the onions in half rings.
Put carrots and onions on top of the fish, and sliced champignons on the sides.
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill.
Pink salmon with mushrooms is ready. Place on a platter and serve hot. Decorate with tomato slices.
