Potato casserole with mushrooms

This simple and tasty potato casserole with mushrooms will be a frequent guest on your table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Potatoes 4 pieces

Champignons 20 g

Onion 1 pc

Sweet ground paprika 1/2 tsp

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil

Parsley (greens)

Salt to taste


Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Cover with cold water and cook until tender. At the very end of cooking, add salt.

Drain half of the potato broth. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to a saucepan and knead until smooth.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Fry the chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil with finely chopped onions for 2-3 minutes. Salt.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Lay out the mushrooms.

Top with mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle with paprika and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Divide into portions, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
