Carrot cutlets

During the fast, carrot cutlets are an excellent substitute for meat ones. And they prepare very simply.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Carrots 3-4 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.

Semolina 1 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash the carrots and boil until tender. Cool and clean.

Grate. Add flour, semolina and salt.

Stir well and form into small patties. Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Put on a platter and serve.
