Shrimp with rice and green peas

Shrimp with rice and green peas, a simple dish that will be enjoyed by many.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Tiger shrimps 200 g

Round grain rice 100 g

Green peas (frozen) 50 g

1/2 onion

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 100 grams of water and simmer over medium heat. Add water as needed 2-3 more times until the rice is tender.

Peel the shrimp.

Add green peas and peeled shrimps to the pan with rice. Mix well and season with salt, cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Shrimp with rice and green peas are ready. Place the shrimp and rice on a dish and serve.
