Rice with mushrooms in a pot, a fragrant and incredibly tasty dish that will appeal not only to vegetarians.

Ingredients
Parboiled rice 120 g
Champignons 6-8 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil
Parsley (greens)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse the rice and put in a pot.
Add mushrooms and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and add about 120 ml. water.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put hot on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
