Cod with potato slices

Garlic-mustard cod with potato slices is perfect for a light dinner in pleasant company.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Cod fillet 1 pc

Potato slices (frozen) 100 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mustard, ready-made 1 tsp

Rye bread crumbs 1 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the garlic.

Once the garlic flavor has developed, spoon out the garlic in a separate bowl.

Cut the fish into small pieces and salt a little. Fry on both sides.

Add finely chopped parsley and mustard to a bowl of garlic.

Add crackers. Mix well.

Place the fillet pieces on a baking sheet with foil or in a baking dish. Spread the fish with a thick layer on top, place potato slices next to it and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

The cod with potato slices is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
