Ingredients

Rice 200 g

Green peas 100 g

Corn 100 g

Ham 200 g

Feta cheese 200 g

Chicken broth 200 ml

Preparation

Boil the rice in half of the chicken broth until tender. salt a little.

In a bowl, combine green peas, corn, and diced ham.

Add rice.

Mash the cheese with a fork.

Add to a bowl and mix well.

Place in a baking dish or pot. Add the remaining chicken stock and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. You can add salt to the dish if you wish.

Place on plates and serve.
