Meat in a pot with potatoes

Fragrant meat in a pot with potatoes and mushrooms will be one of your favorite dishes on your table. And the preparation of this dish will take very little time.

Pork pulp 300 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

White cabbage 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Champignons 100 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into small pieces and fry with finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a pot or deep mold.

Top with diced potatoes.

Chop the cabbage and fry in a little oil for 2-3 minutes, salt, put on top of the potatoes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry, add a little salt and pepper.

Put the cabbage on top and pour over the sour cream.

Cover with a lid or a piece of foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Put the finished dish in layers on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
