Christmas wreath salad

A festive, New Year's and very beautiful salad for your festive table.

Cooking time 1 hour


Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Walnuts 50 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Pomegranate seeds to taste

Salt to taste

Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp l.


Boil the chicken fillet and cool.

Boil vegetables and eggs, cool and peel.

Place a glass in the center of the dish and put a layer of grated potatoes. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of boiled chicken, salt a little and brush with mayonnaise.

Chop the walnuts.

Lay out a layer of nuts.

Add a layer of grated cheese.

Add a layer of grated carrots.

Add a layer of grated eggs.

Sprinkle chopped dill over the whole salad.

Decorate with pomegranate seeds and let soak in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Take out the glass.
