Omelet "Meringue"

Separate the yolks from the proteins.

Beat egg whites and season with salt.

Beat the yolks with a fork and add the cream. Salt. Pour the yolk mass into a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil.

Put the egg whites on top and smooth with a spatula.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Roll in half with a spatula and cut into 2 portions. Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
