Pumpkin "Stuffed Jack's Head"

Wash the pumpkin well.

Cut off the lid and remove the pulp with seeds. Rub with salt and garlic. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry with meat in vegetable oil until half cooked.

Add carrots in half rings, large diced potatoes, pepper slices and beans.

Fry for 5-7 minutes, add spices and salt.

Put the filling in the pumpkin, close the lid and wrap in foil. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C.

Remove and cool slightly, cut into portions.
