Baked pork on the bone with potatoes

Wash the pork well, dry it and sprinkle well with spices and salt. Leave on for 20 minutes. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into two halves and season with salt and spices as well. Put the meat in the sleeve and put the halves of the potatoes on top. We close and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

We spread the meat in the middle of the dish, and decorate the edges of the potato halves with herbs.
