Cut the ribs, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Put on medium heat and cook for 20-25 minutes. Salt.
Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the pepper and fry together in vegetable oil.
Add Ribs and fry.
Soak the bulgur in water for 2-3 hours and boil in a double boiler or steam, salt a little.
Put in bulgur pots.
Then a few ribs with onion and pepper. Pour in the broth left over from the ribs. Put in the oven for another 15 minutes, at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C.
Let cool slightly and serve.
