The original recipe for making stuffed zucchini with carrots and minced meat will be an excellent option for both a festive table and a home dinner.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Zucchini 2 pcs
Minced meat 300 g
Onion 2 pcs
Meat broth ½
Carrots 2 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Greens (for decoration)
Salt to taste
Mix the minced meat with the egg and finely chopped one onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash and dry the courgettes well.
Cut into three pieces and remove the pulp.
Stuff each part.
Place in a saucepan and pour over broth. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the finely chopped onion and grated carrots.
Place on top of each turret and cook for another 10 minutes.
Put on a plate with herbs and garnish with vegetables.
