Terpug baked with spices

Terpug baked with spices, the fragrant fish will quickly disappear from the table, so delicious it is.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Fish carcass 1 piece

Potatoes 3-5 pcs

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Cumin 1/4 tsp

Dried dill 1/4 tsp

Dried basil 1/4 tsp

Paprika 1/4 tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Greens (for decoration)

Salt to taste


Clean the fish from entrails and scales, rinse well and remove the gills. Dry.

Mix spices and salt with oil and grate the fish well, inside and out.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Make cuts in the fish and insert the onion slices. Put on a baking sheet, cover the tail, head and fins with foil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Terpug baked with spices is ready. Transfer the finished fish to a dish, remove the foil. Decorate with herbs and vegetables. Garnish with boiled potatoes if desired.
