Peppers stuffed with broccoli and mushrooms

Want to cook an original vegetable dish. Then this recipe is for you. Stuffed bell peppers with mushrooms and broccoli under a crispy cheese crust will impress any gourmet.

Bell pepper 1 pc

Champignons 100 g

Broccoli 4-5 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil



Cut the pepper in half and core.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the chopped champignons in slices.

Disassemble the broccoli into small flowers and add to the pan. Salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Place the filling in the pepper halves.

Grease with mayonnaise on top.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Place on a platter with lettuce and serve warm.
