Chicken in crackers

Chicken fried in bread crumbs, garnished with vegetables, real yummy.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 4 pcs

Breadcrumbs 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tsp.

Ground black pepper

Caraway

Turmeric 1/4 tsp

Vegetable oil

Vegetables

Greens

Salt

Preparation

Beat off the fillet, pepper and salt.

In a bowl, mix the egg with flour and beat well.

Mix breadcrumbs with spices and add a little salt.

Dip each piece of chicken in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Cut beautifully, put on a platter and garnish with chopped vegetables and herbs.
