Rice with vegetables

Rice with vegetables is a great side dish or main course. And its preparation will not take much time.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Rice 200 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Corn 100 g

Carrot 1 pc

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil to taste


In vegetable oil, fry the peppers and carrots cut into strips.

Add boiled rice until half cooked, fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Add canned corn. Stir and season with salt. Darken the corn to warm it up.

Put on a dish.
