Buckwheat with vegetables

Buckwheat with vegetables is tasty and healthy. An easy dish for those who are looking after their figure, fasting or simply decided to give up meat.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Buckwheat 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Broccoli 100 g

Dill (greens)

Vegetable oil


Parsley (greens)


Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add chopped carrots, bell pepper. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add broccoli inflorescences. Season with salt and add 3 tablespoons of water. Close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add finely chopped greens.

Boil buckwheat and salt. Put a portion of buckwheat and vegetables on a plate.
