Fish with vegetables

Fish with vegetables, a quick and tasty lunch in just 30 minutes

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pink salmon fillet 400 g

Vegetable mixture (frozen) 200 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Cream 10% fat. 150 ml

Ground white pepper 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the fish. Rub with salt.

Place in a baking dish. Pour with a mixture of sour cream and cream. Sprinkle with pepper on top.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Fry vegetables a little in vegetable oil, add a little water and simmer until tender, season with salt.

The fish and vegetables are ready. Place fish and vegetables on a plate.
