Chicken drumsticks with ratatouille

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks 1 kg

Fresh frozen vegetables (onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini) 400 g

Zucchini

Onion 1 pc

Hops-suneli 1/2 tsp

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Potatoes 5-8 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 200 g

Butter 20 g

Salt

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Add drumsticks and seasoning.

Fry on all sides. Add vegetables. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup water and tomato paste. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked for another 10-15 minutes.

Boil potatoes, salt.

Prepare mashed potatoes with butter and milk and beat with a mixer.

Place on a plate two drumsticks with mashed potatoes, top with vegetables and gravy.
