Salt the meat.
In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato paste, adjika and cream.
Place the meat in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
Put in a baking dish and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
During the cooking process, grease the meat several times with the marinade from the bowl that remains.
