Shrimps in tomato sauce with rice for seafood lovers.
Cooking time 35 minutes
Shrimps 300 g
Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.
Rice 200 g
Parsley (greens) 1 sprig
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Butter 30 g
Salt to taste
Dill 1 sprig
Fry finely chopped garlic in butter.
Add shrimp and fry for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add tomato paste and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add finely chopped greens. Mix well.
Boil the rice until cooked in salted water, rinse and season with butter. Shrimps in tomato sauce are ready. Place rice on a plate and top with shrimp and sauce. Decorate with fresh tomato wedges.
