Potatoes stuffed with broccoli, a delicious mouthwatering snack.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Potatoes 2 pcs
Broccoli 100 g
Cheese 50 g
Sour cream 25% fat. (or mayonnaise) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Wash and dry the potatoes well. Put in a mold and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Cool the finished potatoes. Cut off the lid and make a depression, leaving the potatoes around the edges.
Boil broccoli a little in salted water and stuff the potatoes.
Add one spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Place in the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Place on a platter and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
