Tomatoes "Mama Mia"

Tomatoes "Mom Mia", this delicious appetizer will look perfect on your festive table.

Tomatoes 3 pcs

Champignons 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Parsley (greens) twigs.

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.


Wash the tomatoes.

Cut off the caps and take out the center with the seeds with a spoon.

Fry mushrooms with finely chopped onions in sunflower oil.

Boil eggs and chop finely.

Mix eggs with mushrooms.

Fill in the tomatoes.

Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees C. Put on a plate and garnish with parsley.
